How to use this tool well
What do you need?
Think about the last 90 days. Review what you know about customers, sales, costs and cash. You do not need to prepare a complete report.
How does it work?
-
Answer from actual practice
Choose the description closest to what happens in your business. Select “I do not have enough information” rather than guessing.
-
Try and learn
There are three short simulations between questions. You may try or skip them. Exploration points track completion; they do not improve your business indicator.
-
Choose a step and act
Review three priorities and a suggested 7-, 14- and 30-day plan. You can return to your answers and change them.
For a useful result Describe consistent practice rather than your best day. If branches or products operate differently, review one clearly defined part first.

How did Nabd read your answers?
Each question uses behavioural examples scored from 0 to 3. Areas use weighted averages; the contribution and cash questions have double weight. The five areas then have equal weight in the overall indicator. Unknown answers are not converted to zero. The indicator appears when at least 60% of questions and at least one question in every area are known. At least two known answers in an area are required before a practice is highlighted as something to build on.
An indicative diagnostic based on your answers, not a financial audit or a validated predictor of business success. Recommendations are a starting point for checking and discussion.
